Services Provided and Service Durations

We offer a comprehensive range of detailing services, including deep cleaning, sanitizing, odor, salt, and stain removal, material rejuvenation, ceramic coating, and UV protection for interiors, as well as decontamination, polishing, and ceramic coating for exteriors. Please note that we do not provide paint correction or repair-related services.

We service a wide variety of vehicles, from 2-seaters to full-sized SUVs, trucks, vans, RVs, boats, and aircraft.

While above-ground locations are preferred due to better lighting conditions, we can also operate in underground parking facilities, provided there is access to a car wash station and/or written permission from property management. Our service vehicle must be parked directly beside yours, and some exterior services may be limited if lighting is insufficient.

Service duration varies depending on the size, condition, and services required, typically ranging from 90 minutes to 6–7 hours. A more accurate estimate can be provided upon inspection.

Although we are equipped with our own water and power supply, access to on-site utilities may occasionally be required due to operational limitations such as exhaust gases, noise restrictions etc.

Payment Options

We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, debit, credit cards (including AmEx), e-transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our website.

Please note that all prices are listed before tax unless stated otherwise.

You’re welcome to pre-pay, but payment is due once your service is completed.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking, and it will be applied to your final total.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To help us work efficiently, please remove all personal items from your vehicle before we arrive. Extra charges may apply if extensive item removal is needed. We’re happy to help remove child seats, but for safety reasons, we ask that you reinstall them yourself.

You only need to be there at the beginning to give us access to your vehicle and at the end to collect your keys—feel free to spend the rest of the time however you like.

If you are running late for the appointment, please let us know as soon as you can as we may need to reschedule depending on our schedule.

Detailing Products We Use

We use professional-grade, high-quality detailing products that are safe for all interior and exterior vehicle surfaces, including fabrics, leather, and plastics.

All products are sourced from reputable American and European brands.

If you have specific product or brand preferences, please let us know at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request; any additional charges will be communicated in advance.

Booking/Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pricing depends on your vehicle’s size and condition, and may be adjusted after we see the vehicle in person.

You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge.

Cancellations/rescheduling made within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee, as that time slot is reserved solely for you and is near impossible to fill on short notice.

In case, we need to reschedule/cancel an appointment due to operational needs and/or harsh weather conditions, you are entitled for a full refund if you do not want to reschedule.

We’ll always try to fit in same-day appointments when possible, but availability is not guaranteed. For same-day requests, please give us a call.

You can book for 2 vehicles for the same day. Just note that each vehicle will need its own time slot so we can give each one the attention it deserves.

Please allow a ±15 minute buffer for our arrival.

Terms of Service

A surcharge applies for pet hair, salt, stain, mud, excessive dirt and/or sand removal depending on the severity.

Please ensure all items (including glovebox and armrest compartments) are taken out of vehicle prior to our arrival to avoid delay. Anything found during detailing will be kept separately and delivered to you at the end of the process. A surcharge may apply we have to remove excessive number of items.

All prices are based on size and condition of the vehicle, quotes may change upon viewing vehicle. We will not proceed without your consent.

We will not be able to service vehicles parked on roadways or vehicles without adequate space for us to work around.

A service fee may be required if our round trip travel time exceeds 60 mins.

Cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee (50% of the total cost of the detail).

We do our best and use best of tools/chemicals to remove stains and odors, but results can vary depending on the severity, time passed and material it is on. Some stains or odors may not be fully removable.

Weather Conditions

Wet Days

With the use of our canopy system, detailing services can be carried out in most weather conditions, excluding storms. Please note that some exterior treatments may be limited depending on the application, as curing processes require dry conditions.

Hot Days

Although our canopy offers protection from direct sunlight, elevated vehicle surface temperatures can impact services like ceramic coating. As a result, rescheduling may be required. For best results, appointments are recommended during cooler periods of the day, early morning or late afternoon.
